Best Spots for top Christmas food
Now for all those people chasing good produce let me tell you!For a touch of class for your lunch Torres Butchers on Lake Street, Northbridge has a great baked glazed ham and also some baby beef which is to die for!
For whole boneless Turkey stuffed with Chicken, stuffed with Spatchcock and then stuffed with quail Mondo Butchers is the place to go!
For all your seafood I couldn't go past Innaloo Sea Fresh or Kailis in Leederville.
For those special little pastries I would have to say Room For Dessert. This place has got some of the best petit pastries and sweets I have ever come across and it is situated on Cambridge Street in Wembley.
(Tell them Pete sent you and they might ask you to pay my account).
In Season Figs!
Guys, figs have just came into the vege shops. Get the ones that feel a little softer that way you are always guaranteed that they are going to have an intense flavour. These are great for grilling and served with a light Australian blue cheese.
Great Christmas Ideas
Also for all those little gadgets for cooking Chrissie lunch head down to " Cut It Out" on Murray Street in the City and ask for Sally during the week and if you buy a few bits if you tell her I sent you she may give you a discount. Though that really depends on her mood! We're relaunching vineleaves.com.au
