Fruity Ice Treats

Total cost $5.20 (cost will be less if you use fruit in season or buy tinned fruit on special)

IngredientsFruity Ice Treats
1 punnet strawberries, hulled and chopped
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
1½ cups orange juice
or 1 fresh mango, peeled and chopped
or 425g canned mango
410g can apricots in natural juice, drained and chopped
1½ cups orange juice
6 plastic cups
6 pop sticks

Method:

  1. Drop fruit into each disposable cup.
  2. Pour orange juice over fruit.
  3. Add a pop stick to each cup.
  4. Place in freezer until set.
  5. Briefly run under hot water to remove from cup.
