Grilled Figs

An awesome summer snack.
Nutricious, healthy and very, very tasty!!

This is one of my favourite "3 minute" recipes.
Anyone can make it and everyone will enjoy it!

IngredientsGrilled Figs
6 Black Fig ripe
100g Blue Cheese of your liking
6 Slices Proscuitto
Olive Oil Chives
Cracked Pepper

Method:

  1. Cut Figs in half, put pan onto stove and turn heat up.
  2. Drizzle pan with olive oil and put figs face down.
  3. Turn once caramelized but still firm take out and place onto a plate, top with a dollop of blue cheese and then proscuitto.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and chives finish with cracked pepper.

Pete's Tips:
Eat fast the warmer they are the better
