Pasta Salad

Serves 6
(Approx 100g per serve)

IngredientsPasta Salad
250g packet pasta shells (or spirals)
1 cup grated carrot
Half cup grated low fat cheese
1 cup diced celery
Half a capsicum
1 cup Kraft Free Mayonnaise

Method:

  1. Boil pasta.
  2. While pasta boils, grate carrot, dice celery and capsicum.
  3. Drain pasta and allow to cool.
  4. When cool add all other ingredients and enough mayonnaise to moisten the pasta and vegetable mix.
