Pasta Salad

Serves 6
(Approx 100g per serve)
Ingredients
250g packet pasta shells (or spirals)
1 cup grated carrot
Half cup grated low fat cheese
1 cup diced celery
Half a capsicum
1 cup Kraft Free Mayonnaise
Method:
- Boil pasta.
- While pasta boils, grate carrot, dice celery and capsicum.
- Drain pasta and allow to cool.
- When cool add all other ingredients and enough mayonnaise to moisten the pasta and vegetable mix.
